Jurgen is insane! Can’t say it any other way. We wanted to scale up considerably with AllesOverCrypto and Jurgen his role was crucial in this. His management skills and especially his insight into the entrepreneurial game have ensured that our turnover has multiplied by 4 and that we have hired 16 new people in one year. He is also an ideal sparring partner. Every time we want to launch something new, we schedule a meeting with Jurgen and he always comes up with things we hadn’t thought of at all. It’s really great to have someone like that by your side!

Jurgen helped us get processes within Blauwr a lot more efficient, reducing chaos and waste in the operation. Our flow from a first touchpoint with a new customer to one that is fully up and running has completely changed (and thus improved). Internally, things run more smoothly between colleagues, there is more oversight between over and under capacity, and sales has a tighter focus. The main goal was “to become more self-reliant,” and we certainly got there! Of course we have done a lot in collaboration, but Jurgen has led the way and guided us through everything!

Oh yeah, and I went on vacation for 2 weeks last September without opening my laptop, knowing Jurgen had everything under control. That’s a pretty unique experience, being an entrepreneur!
